It is not a one size fits all and should not replace mental health help in any way, as it does not diagnosis or cure mental health issues. Please seek professional help through a local therapist for diagnosing and treating a mental health disorder.

Once your monthly box is shipped  from us the box or products included cannot be returned. Unclaimed shipments may be returned back to us and can be shipped again to the customer once without extra costs.

Risk of Loss

All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the message.

All subscription orders must be submitted by MIdnight, on the 25th of each month, in order to begin recieving your subscription box the following month.  Boxes will ship by the 20th of the following month
